    Mr. Cooc has over fifteen years of experience practicing law in the areas of civil litigation, business dispute, business and real estate transactions, estate planning and dissolution of marriages.     In addition, Mr. Cooc has a significant amount of experience mediating and arbitrating cases, and arguing law and motions to the Court.

    Being multilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Mr. Cooc is ambitious to help individuals and businesses to solve their legal problems. Mr. Cooc grew up as an Asian American in the United States and thus understands the culture experience of Asian Americans in the East Bay. He is here to help all individuals and businesses understand their legal situations and effectively resolve their predicaments.

    Mr. Cooc graduated from California State University East Bay and obtained his Juris Doctoral from Golden Gate University School of Law.

    Mr. Cooc is a member of the Asian American Bar Association, the Alameda County Bar Association and the San Francisco Bar Association. Mr. Cooc serves on the Board of Director for the Asian American Insurance Financial Professional Association and the Oakland Chinatown Chamber of Commerce.
